ACTIVITY PARTNER APPLICATION

Learn more about how to become an Activity Partner below!

What are Activity Partners?

Activity partners host engaging and interactive activities at OpenStreetsPGH. Apply to get a spot on the route and host an activity to be enjoyed by our OpenStreetsPGH attendees! Activities range from fitness classes to live performances to giant board games, and everything in between. Activity Partners can be organizations, businesses, clubs, individuals, friends – anyone is welcome to apply! Please note, applying does not guarantee participation.

What kind of spot do Activity Partners get?

Activity partners are assigned a space along the route approximately 10ft x 10ft. Larger spaces may be available by request.

What is the fee for Activity Partners?

For small businesses, restaurants, and non-profits located in a neighborhood that is part of the OpenStreetsPGH route, participation is free. Otherwise, please inquire about a paid booth space through our sponsorship form.
Sponsorship fees may be waived for qualifying partners. Email us to see if you qualify at openstreetspgh@bikepgh.org

Step 1: Design your Activity

It’s up to you to design your activity for OpenStreetsPGH. Whether you’re looking to promote your business or just have some fun, you can get creative planning an activity that will encourage participants to hop off their bikes, or slow their jog. Step 2: Apply to be an Activity Partner

Applications will be posted soon!

Due to the volume of applications, it may take up to two weeks to hear a response from BikePGH staff. You may be asked to revise and reapply if your plans do not include an engaging activity or do not align with our OpenStreetsPGH values (environment & sustainability; equity, diversity, & inclusion; safety & accessibility; community & civic engagement; kids & family; health & wellness). Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis and will close approximately 3 weeks before each event.
